Tracy Forsey — I love doing UniKurve the only fitness class I have enjoyed going to , so much better then the gym. Works every single part of your body, Mike, Nathan and Ian are all fab instructors. When I can't make a class I actually miss going it makes u want to work out as you notice results. Fab class and a great bunch as people who go.

Michelle Burchell -- I'm addicted to this workout class! Works every part of your body. Thoroughly recommend it, its not easy but it gets results. My first class was in January 2014 and I've not looked back. Play netball every week and have noticed an improvement in my game, fitness levels, stamina and recovery time. Have I mentioned, I'm addicted to these classes. It never gets boring, always a challenge, just brilliant!
Why are we different?
We work on the principal that quality is better than quantity. In our classes we will work you harder then you ever thought possible using what is known as HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) and ViiT (Variable Intensity Interval Training) using UniKurve, SkiErg,
Slam Balls, Weights
bodyweight exercises, tyres, ropes and chains.
Here are a few reasons why this is far better than doing time at the gym.

HiiT /ViiT creates something called ‘after burn’ meaning your body burns fat for up to 48 hours after!
