Shipping and Returns Policy
Standard Shipping time 3-7 working days. Demand is high so sometimes can take up to 40 days. Upon placing your order you will be contacted with an estimated dispatch date. Delivery of your item can take up to seven working days from dispatch however we do aim to deliver your product as quickly as we possibly can, please note that in compliance with Distance Selling Regulations we will only charge your card upon placing your order but when your product is ready to be despatched from our warehouse, if paying by PayPal the payment will remain in the PayPal account until your goods are despatched.
There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. If you feel this may affect you please contact us through email@example.com leave us your contact details and we will call you back. Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If are not available to take receipt of the product our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to collect your products.
We offer a no quibble 30-day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org let us know why you are not satisfied, we will give you the return address and simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge which you will be informed of) This is calculated from the day that you receive your order. The following conditions will apply:
• If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to a money back guarantee is waived.
• The item is to be returned at your own expense, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories that came in the box within 30 days of having received it.
• The money back guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
• Please note all returns must be received within the specified money back guarantee period. Any items not dispatched back to us after 30 days from when the goods were received will not be refunded and the items will be returned back to you. We advise all proof of postage is kept until the purchase costs are refunded.
Every care is taken in the packaging and delivery of your UniKurve fitness system however in the unlikely event that your UniKurve is faulty when delivered we will arrange to exchange your item at no cost to yourself whatsoever. Upon the receipt of the faulty UniKurve we will examine the UniKurve and if we agree the UniKurve is faulty we will refund the purchase cost in full or arrange to replace with a new UniKurve.
If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly in its original packaging with all accessories at your cost.
You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract within 7 days of your package being received (as a courier is contracted to deliver UniKurve all deliveries are tracked from collection to delivery)
